Gourmet, Specialty, and Future-Focused Species

Our cultivation work includes specialty mushrooms suited for food, education, and future product development. As M.E.F.T. Labs grows, we are also interested in advancing indoor methods for more difficult species, including morels and chicken of the woods.

From Culture to Fruiting Room

At M.E.F.T. Labs, cultivation begins with careful attention to biological quality, environmental conditions, and consistency. Our process follows each stage of mushroom development, from culture work and substrate preparation to incubation, fruiting, harvesting, and observation. By managing variables such as temperature, humidity, airflow, cleanliness, and timing, we work to create reliable growing conditions for specialty mushrooms and future cultivation development.
