These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of meftlabs.com (the "Site"), operated by M.E.F.T Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

M.E.F.T Labs cultivates gourmet, specialty, and experimental mushrooms; offers fungi-based educational programs for classrooms and institutions; and is developing research partnerships involving nature-derived fungal materials.

2. No Medical, Therapeutic, or Regulated-Product Claims

Nothing on the Site is medical advice, a therapeutic service, or an offer to sell any controlled or regulated substance. M.E.F.T Labs does not currently offer psilocybin products, psilocybin-assisted therapy, or medical treatment of any kind. Any references to future research or clinical-study partnerships describe long-term goals only, contingent on all required legal and regulatory approvals, and are not an offer or guarantee of any product or service.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for general audiences. If you are under 18, you should review the Site with a parent, guardian, or teacher. Classroom programs are arranged through teachers and schools, not directly with students.

4. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form.

• Copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site's content without permission.

5. Inquiries & Submissions

Information you submit through our contact form (for cultivation, education, research, or product inquiries) will be used to respond to and evaluate your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, partnership, or business relationship between you and M.E.F.T Labs — any such relationship exists only once we agree to it in a separate written agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and other content on the Site are owned by M.E.F.T Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it commercially without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party platforms, such as Instagram. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M.E.F.T Labs and its founders, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M.E.F.T Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability
