Devin Barrett is a Chicago entrepreneur who's spent her career making healthcare more human. As founder and CEO of Home Infusion Options (HIO), a Chicago-based, ACHC-accredited at-home infusion company, she built a business around a simple idea: patients managing chronic conditions shouldn't have to sit in a clinic to get complex biologic infusions when they could get that same care at home, surrounded by their own comfort and support. Now Devin is bringing that same care and rigor to a new space with Mother Earth Father Time (M.E.F.T.) Labs and Forgotten Pharmacy, a Chicago-based lab focused on functional mushrooms. The idea is simple but rare in the wellness world: know exactly what's in the product. Through careful extraction science, M.E.F.T. Labs identifies and isolates the actual compounds in each mushroom, so nothing is guesswork — every product is backed by real data on what it contains and what it does.
